Washington Sept 24 Nicholas Schneck president of Loew's Inc told a Senate committee that it would be the worst kind of crime for groups of companies to conspire to bar another from doing business. He said such a move could not happen in the moving picture industry. Senator Clark asked whether five of eight major producers could control the three showing houses, but Schneck insisted the five could never unite to block a film and called it a crime.
