A group of distinguished physicians from across the country will visit Hagerstown next week to observe tuberculosis control work conducted by the U S Public Health Service and state and county health departments. Unavoidable Mishap In Williamsport Auto Crash
A coroner's jury ruled the Williamsport auto collision that fatally injured Lebland Hinebaugh, 66, last Friday night was unavoidable. Driver George McC Mumma faced $20 fine or 20 days jail for operating without a license and improper plates. Witnesses said Hinebaugh lay in the street and may have been intoxicated. he died Sunday morning at Washington County Hospital. Deputy Leister Isanogle filed the charges.
