State Wing of the Civil Air Patrol met at Hagerstown High School after a formal review of CAP Flights 331-D and 331-E. Major Arthur Hyde led the inspectors with Captains A Lyem H Bowman M Peiffer C Simpson E J Devore and C Ridenour. After the meeting the wing group dined at the Hamilton hotel. Maurice S Decker was named Deputy Flight leader for CAP Flight 331-2, with other officer slots to be filled within two weeks. Leaflet bombing plans were set for shortly after 6 o clock Monday evening over Hagerstown.
