Death by own action in Falling Waters area linked to health and farm loss
The death of a man in Falling Waters occurred after concerns over health and the loss of his farm and home in the county. He was found by his wife in a stairway at their Williamsport area residence, having died about an hour earlier. He had struggled with financial troubles and fear of losing his mind, though no one suspected self harm. The body was taken to Duckard Church in Broadfard for services after a general was held at the house. He was born in the county, lived in Cearfoss, and was survived by his widow Katherine McDonald formerly of Clarke County Virginia.
