29th Delegates Split Over Korea Crisis Policies
The 29th Division Association at the 32nd annual reunion voted 111 to 64 to table a resolution supporting U S action after the South Korea invasion. Delegates from Virginia Maryland and Pennsylvania debated lines on Truman and Congress policies and anti subversive laws. Charles R Bryan of Staunton Va elected national commander.
