County Board Approves Washington County Road Plan
The Washington County Commissioners approved a countywide rural road building program after a meeting with Dr. H Tabler of the State Roads Commission. Injured in Highway Mishap on Downsville Pike
Audrey Jane Younkins, daughter of Lewis M Younkins of this city, was hurled through a rear window when her father swerved to avoid another car Sunday night on Downsville Pike. She received cuts and bruises to the head and was treated at the hospital. Sheriff investigators said Younkins cut into a bank to avoid a collision.
