Woman Ends Life By Hanging Self in Boonsboro Area
Mrs. Cora B. Stockslager 65 widow of Oscar Stockslager formerly of Funkstown committed suicide by hanging in a shed at the Reeder residence near Boonsboro yesterday afternoon. Her body was found about 2:30 by a ladder and rope around her neck. Acting Coroner Oscar J. Morgan ruled death self-inflicted. She belonged to the Lutheran church at Funkstown and is survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral set for Sunday at 2:30 at East funeral home Boonsboro with two ministers officiating. interment Funkstown cemetery.
