Owner Located For Rescued Boonsboro Dog
The owner of a cocker spaniel rescued from the old Boonsboro reservoir a week ago by Marvin M Rose has been found. The owner is a Boonsboro school teaching staff member. Rose and his wife were soaked by rain after the dog was pulled from the reservoir and nursed back to health before returning it.

Edwin P. Quinn of Pinecrest Avenue received word of the death of his brother William P. Quinn a World War I veteran at Veterans Hospital West Los Angeles California. Captain Quinn suffered four strokes in recent months and had been hospitalized since. City police recovered three pairs of men’s blue dungarees found in Cushwa’s coat yard off Salem Avenue, believed stolen from a line. Apples remain Stayman Winesap at $1.40 per bushel.
