Black man detained on assault charge in Leesburg incident
In Leesburg Virginia on October 30 a 22 year old Black man named Sam Legion of Berryville was jailed on charges after dragging a 28 year old married white woman from her car and confronting her. He was arrested on the Winchester Leesburg highway and held for the grand jury according to Commonwealth Attorney CG Harrison.
