Group Votes Acquittal in Treaty Case Over Spain
Portugal and Italy were acquitted of charges of violating the non intervention agreement with Spain by the international hands off Spain committee. Russia opposed the acquittal while Lord Plymouth led the session and read three unanimous verdicts against the charges.
