A Junior Civitan club formed in Hagerstown with 30 girls meeting at the YMCA. The First Baptist Church started a new meeting series near Wednesday with a turkey supper at 6:17 p.m. Seventy five attendees joined the evening prayers led by Rev. G Bartow Harris. The Workers Council session followed under Edward Cushen with reports and committee appointments. Mrs Joseph Shick demonstrated dried flower arranging, gifting a bouquet to Rev Harris.
