Reformatory Crew Builds Snow Fence Across County
A 14 member team from the State Reformatory at Roxbury has spent two weeks erecting snow fences along Washington county state highways. About 26 miles of fencing will be installed this year, five miles more than last year, with completion hoped before the first heavy snowfall. Parts of Colorado Wyoming and Nebraska faced a blizzardy storm yesterday with heavy drifts reported.
