Word was received that Lt Col Frederick C Reynolds, Post Chaplain at Fort Meade, will speak at the War Fund and Community Chest meeting in Franklin Court auditorium Monday at 6 15 p m. The talk will cover morale issues faced by service members and civilian social problems. The campaign runs Nov 10 to Nov 18 with clerical work done by donated staff and campaign HQ in the Public Square store room.
