Customer from Williamsport reports ordering items in midvana Toledo and awaiting refunds totaling over 90 dollars after two backordered items. A company spokeswoman cites staffing shortages and says refunds usually take three weeks but are now delayed by a couple of weeks. the customer was told the refund would be sent soon.
A Maryland reader reports paying $6 for two records from Dynamic Rock in Washington in early July but never receiving them. A company spokesperson says many records have been stolen in Maryland and urges residents who did not receive albums to send evidence of payment to Dynamic House, 299 Park Ave, New York, NY 10017. records will be mailed after payment confirmation.
