Board to Consider Earl Carroll Case in Atlanta
The Federal parole board met at Atlanta Federal penitentiary to assess Harl Carroll and 124 other prisoners for probate. Carroll, a New York theatrical producer, has been imprisoned since June to serve a year and one day for perjury. The session adjourned with Carroll’s case postponed to tomorrow. Mr. Paul Kieffer of New York, visiting his mother Mrs J Spangler Kieffer, was accompanied by Earl Murray of New York.
