Williamsport Clergyman Charged After Auto Crash

Garvin of 104 Appletree Lane faces a charge of failing to stop and grant right of way after his vehicle entered the intersection of W Church Street and West Side Avenue and was broadside by Jessie M. Oden of 105 Manse Road. Both cars sustained about $1,500 and $1,200 in damage respectively. no injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
