Howell Wilkins using slides from Oslo Norway and Lund Sweden. Miss Lillian Black led a devotional and Miss Janice Welsh led group singing as refreshments followed.

Local Man Sees Navy Promotion at Whiting Field
J W McDaniel Jr AMA 3/e of Whiting Field Milton Florida received a promotion after completing two Navy schools. He is on a 29 day leave visiting his mother while stationed seven months at the naval air field. He trained at Bainbridge Maryland after enlisting in April 1846 through the local recruiting station. Richard C Warrenfeltz 15 Brownsville Md first Regular Navy enlistment in October through the local station. Chief John Saukes announced the dispatch to Great Lakes Naval training station for preliminary instruction. Sugar cost 2 75 a pound in London in 1742.

Highfield Worker Injured In Fall During Remodeling
