Charles McLaughlin of Elkins West Virginia died Sunday from peritonitis after a Thursday cow kick to the stomach. Nearly 60, he was born in Fairview Maryland and built a large Elkins tailoring business over 20 years. Survived by wife and many children, funeral is this afternoon in Elkins with burial in Elkins cemetery.
