F A Goss, 50, of 160 block South Locust, suffered a fractured left leg when struck by J Edward Cochran’s car on Walnut Street between Washington and Antietam yesterday at about 11 30 am. Goss taken to Washington County Hospital. Cochran said Cass walked from between parked autos into his path.
