Robert Beveridge McKinley, 41, a father of eight, was charged here yesterday with raping a young daughter near railroad property off stain venue after taking his family to the movies. The mother told police the family returned to Westview Homes and the incident occurred Saturday night. Police said they will try to pick up McKinley again.
