Whiskey Seizures Marked for Maine School at Charlestown Depot

At the Boston and Maine Railroad depot in Charlestown Massachusetts United States Deputy Marshal J H Backus seized two cages labeled inl addressed to the Bangor Maine High School containing quart bottles of whiskey. A keg marked olive oil was found filled with whiskey. Fifteen barrels of potatoes and onions from Boston to Maine each hid a six quart jar of whiskey. The vegetables were emptied and sent on after inspection.
