Harry F. Ridenour age 25 was arrested within an hour after Samuel Miller of Bellevue avenue reported a masked bandit tried to rob him at North Prospect street. Miller swore to the warrant and identified Ridenour as the assailant. Miller said the bandit demanded money under threat of shooting but did not see a gun. Detectives and officers traced the trail and captured Ridenour. He claimed intoxication and memory loss when questioned.
