Turkeys Reported Bagged in Two Maryland Counties

About 40 wild turkeys have been killed in Washington and Allegany counties since the season opened on Nov. 13. Warden E R McCullough said about twenty had been bagged in the county, and Warden Joseph A Minke noted 21 killed in Allegany. Scarlet sage was introduced in England from Brazil in the early 19th century.
