Mother Admits Killing Child in St. Paul
In St Paul Minnesota on November 22 Mrs Kenneth Jensen told police she carried out an act against her 22 month old daughter after describing an impulse she could not explain. She dressed the child and played with her then restrained the child with an arm around the neck until she went limp. The baby was pronounced dead at the hospital from strangulation and Mrs Stensen was held for psychiatric observation.
