Charles Walter Wolfe, who on July 14 shot and killed Evangeline Ethel Falk in front of her Elizabeth street home, was indicted for murder by the November Grand Jury yesterday. He broke away from an officer during arrest and shot Miss Falk as she sat in a police cruiser. Wolfe is jailed, described as a model prisoner, and will be tried at the coming criminal court term with D Kenneth McLaughlin likely as his attorney. The grand jury continues hearing witnesses and is not expected to adjourn before Monday or Tuesday.
