W Lee Elgin of the Maryland Motor Vehicles Commission announced that aluminum permanent license tags with replaceable date clips will be issued next year. Second Blizzard Sweeping South Along Rockies
A new storm swept south along the Rockies blanketing Montana and Wyoming with snow and hampering rescue efforts in Eastern Colorado where many families remain marooned and livestock suffer from two weeks without food.
