ROCKVILLE Md Nov 10 The Montgomery County Board of Election Supervisors took no action at its meeting Friday on John D Diamond protest of alleged ballot irregularities in the Darnes town district. Board member Richard C Birney said the board lacked authority and Diamond must seek relief in county court. Diamond president of the present Board of County Commissioners lost to Fusion candidate Charles E King by 89 votes officially. He had not decided whether to take the case to court.
