The operator of a disorderly house at 8 Suters alley and two inmates were fined a total of 70 dollars and costs after arraignment before Magistrate Harry E Snyder in Grty Court today. Kate Stewart 48 colored pleaded guilty to operating a common and ill governed house at 8 Suters alley and was fined 50 dollars and costs. Curtiss Edwards 46 colored was fined 310 dollars and costs for being an inmate of the house. W H Bing 49 Pope avenue was fined 10 dollars and costs after pleading guilty. Arrests were made last night by Patrolmen Blenard Youung Whittington and Plume who reported many complaints about noise from the area.
