Hagerstown plans a large turnout for the On to Frederick parade Sunday November 5. An estimated 600 men plus many women and children will march or ride, with the Municipal Band and West End Band leading. Special cars at reduced fares depart 12 15 p.m. from the Public Square, and marchers must gather by 2 60 p.m. at West Patrick Street Bridge for a 2 13 p.m. parade start.
