Norris Dorsey colored, arrested last week by Federal agents on a liquor charge, paid a fine of 100 and costs to Justice Richard Duffey in city court this morning. Dorsey was nabbed by the colored agent who has visited the city several times. William Baker Boonsboro, driver of the machine which crashed into the car driven by Ethel Dosflemyer at Lappans Wednesday evening, will be given a hearing this afternoon on a dizzy driving charge before Justice J H Bitner. The car is titled in the name of Howard Baker, which favors the report that he was the driver.

Mystery of self inflicted burns ends in tragedy
Elfrieda Knaak a 30 year old book agent and psychology student died after spending hours in a Lake Bluff police station and suffering self inflicted burns near a furnace. Authorities said she acted alone in a ritual of faith in a spirit love and may have intended to meet her former adviser Charles Hitchcock at the station. Hitchcock visited her bedside earlier with a broken ankle and later spoke to her as she lay dying.
