Edwin Smith of Pikesville operator of the UW Air Corps ferry command bus will be tried before Magistrate Harry E. Snyder Thursday afternoon June 4 at 1 20 on a charge of manslaughter. The charge stems from the March 5 accident in which J Edgar Young of Green Castle, president of Hazertown Hosiery Co., was fatally injured when the bus turned left into the municipal airport as he traveled south in his car.
