Washington May 26 The War Production Board moves to form the Production Planning and Adjustment Committee led by Charles E L Wilson to plan postwar arms cutbacks. The group will coordinate Army Navy and Maritime Commission data to identify plants at risk and advise on plant reallocation civilian conversion and worker absorption after war terminations.
