Auction sale of Woodpoint Addition lots opens May 18
A local sale advertises 68 lots averaging an acre each in Woodpoint Addition with only 63 parcels. Terms are 10 percent cash, 15 percent June 1, and the rest easy. Attendees may recover a lost wage, a display money jar will award the closest guess, and the Western Maryland Employees Band plays. The auction begins Thursday May 18 at 11 A.M. on site.
