Mary Ruth Werdebaugh 56 of Pen Mar died Friday night at Waynesboro General Hospital. She was born near Penn Dar daughter of the late Henry and Mamie Whitmore and lived many years in Pen Mar. She belonged to Harbaugh's United Church of Christ and the Eagles and VFW auxiliaries and served as pianist for the Sunday School. Survived by husband Leon B.
