Man Held on Charges in Hose Theft in Chambersburg

In Chambersburg sheriff’s deputies arrested Harry Baker of Myeraville on Saturday for stealing a horse from Howard Herbert of St James. Witness Myerville McHenry identified Baker as the thief who sold the horse to another man. Baker may face charges in Frederick and Maryland cases before trial, with Kaylor likely to bring him to Chambersburg. A separate accident left Toy McGee badly injured at a sawmill when a pile of fiber collapsed on him.
