New Trial Move Is Postponed In Rockville Bus Crash Case
Arguments on motions for a new trial in the Rockville school bus crash damage suit were postponed today in Frederick county circuit court. No date was set. A jury last month awarded 4800 dollars against Howard R. Poe, owner of the bus in which Williamsport children were killed at the Rockville grade crossing in April 1935. The case involved Poe and the Baltimore and Ohio railroad as defendants. no damages were assessed against the railroad.
