The Pennsylvania State Board of Game Commissioners announced a first time ever open season closure for does the measure aims to reduce female deer numbers. Bucks remain legal with a 100 dollar fine for illegal does killed and limited shooting days for other small game including grouse and rabbits from October 15 to November 20 and October 18 to December 1 respectively.
