Western Union Youth Killed in Cumberland Crash
The third automobile fatality in Allegany county in three days occurred in Cumberland. Cecil Henry a 17 year old Western Union messenger was knocked from his bicycle and killed. James M Skelley 19 of Cresap Park was arrested for investigation after leaving the scene and not charged with causing the death. He did not have a license to operate a motor vehicle.
