Methodists to probe $3200 conference shortage in Dover
A four district superintendent and five member committee was appointed to investigate a $3200 shortage in conference funds of the Winnington Methodist Episcopal conference in session Dover March 29. An accounting error is suspected. a public accountant was authorized, and the inquiry would take several days. The shortage was announced by Rev. Vinal B. Wille, Mount Pleasant M B Church pastor and conference treasurer. A remark about Romans using glass for windows in the first century followed.
