Cpl Leon A Tedrick 23 son of Mr and Mrs William C Tedrick Clearspring was killed in action February 19 and given a military funeral and burial in Luxembourg. A Clearspring High School 1933 graduate he worked as a fireman for Western Maryland railroad before enlisting September 13 1942. He went overseas eight months ago. Survived by his wife Jane Riley Tedrick and daughter Carol Jane of Hagerstown, plus brothers and sisters in various locations.
