Awards In Accident Cases Announced By State Commission

The State Accident Commission announced awards in compensation cases on February 7. Lucian Barnhart of Smithsburg received 36 weeks for temporary total disability and 83 weeks for permanent disability to Black. W. P. Wachter represented Barnhart. Ges Brandenburg and wife of Myersville won 104 weeks as dependents of Raymond L. Brandenburg who died from injuries sustained on the Dickson Construction Company job.
