Frances Lemar, a performer with the Beef Trust show, was arrested in Gettysburg on a charge of unbecoming conduct with John E. Walter. Walter’s wife presented the matter after a free for all when she found her husband with the show girl on the roof. The girl is said to be married to a Baltimore man.
The School Board authorizes payment of seventeen thousand dollars to school teachers for the first half of the spring term. The board will hold a regular session next Tuesday.
Chester Arthur, employee at Rose's Shoe Store, fell yesterday afternoon while roller skating and fractured a bone in his right arm.

Frederick Maryland March 13 David Firor who vanished from his Thurmont home last week has been found in Baltimore with a blank mind after arriving from Jacksonville Florida. A letter was sent from Jacksonville asking for money to return. His brother Prof J W Wiror of Athena said Firor has little memory of the journey and recently suffered dropsy spells. The brother departed to bring him home.
