The first hog cholera case found in Washington County this month is reported on the premises of Clyde L. Renner near Boonsboro.

A Red Cross county civilian relief meeting at East Washington street discussed rural problems of old age neglected wives and children and vocational handicaps with Miss Alice Edmonds of the Kings Daughters supervising. About thirty five county cases were reported. Mrs. Frank Rohrer was named county civilian relief workers chairman and Miss Sadie Troxel secretary.
