Naval Plans Approved for Mystery Ships and Dirigible Tests
The House Naval Committee endorsed a 171 million naval expansion including a 30 million experimental fund for the Navy. Banks Urged to Aid Small Business by RFC Chief
Washington March 2 The Administration asked banks to expand small business lending as RFC head Jesse H Jones urged more lenient loan terms and greater use of the $1.5 billion loan reservoir.
