Sorority members seek guidance on a sister's turmoil
A letter to Mary Haworth from D.D. laments a sorority sister's public licentious conduct while her fiancé, now in the Navy, may be misled. Haworth criticizes gossip and urges house governance, not individual moral policing, suggesting a formal sorority action to rein in behavior or risk dismissal.
