Life like King Kong draws crowd to New York set
About 2 000 spectators including many children gathered behind barricades for a nonpaying King Kong scene shoot at the World Trade Center area. The death sequence cost an estimated 250 000 and wrapped after two nights of filming with a 47 foot mechanical replica and miniatures planned for the rest of the production.
