Dear God we won Lenore DeMartino custody ruling

Florida judge ruled Nicholas DeMartino and Lenore remain in Brooklyn as Lenore’s natural mother Olga Scarpetta fights for custody. The DeMartinos claimed the child was theirs after adopting her in New York in 1970. Scarpetta’s attorneys plan to appeal while the couple plans to stay in New York with their daughter.
