The Weather Underground claimed responsibility for a 9 43 p m explosion on the 29th floor of Gulf Oil Corp headquarters in Pittsburgh. No injuries reported though seven trapped in an elevator. A warning call preceded the blast and officials cited dynamite as the likely cause.
