In Cambridge Maryland a 24 year old Easton drug store employee Harry Jefferson died after a collision with a truck on the East New Market Preston road near the Eastern Shore Hospital. His companion Homer Cornelius of Washington DC was badly injured and prospects for recovery were poor. Deputy sheriff said the truck had been removed by a youth without the owner’s knowledge.
