The Ditto apartment building on Summit avenue formerly the Vivian Hotel sold at public auction in front of the Courthouse yesterday afternoon for 26710. Walter Young was the purchaser. The four story building with six apartments and McCormick s Grill was sold by Demodemus National Bank as trustee. J C Snyder was the auctioneer. Also sold was an apartment building on North Prospect street. Purchaser: C B Thomas.
Baltimore dispatch reports fourteen persons were injured in a collision involving coaster rides at a city amusement park. Emergency crews treated injured riders on site as investigators began to secure the area and determine fault.
